Deborah Hann is Reader in Human Resource Management and Pro Dean of Cardiff Business School, with responsibility for teaching and learning. She has forged a strong link between Cardiff Business School and the community organizing network, Citizens UK, with students at the School now taking part in a range of community organizing activities in the Cardiff region. The latter includes promoting the Living Wage to local employers.
