David Nash is Reader in Employment Relations at Cardiff Business School. David trained as a labour economist and has researched widely on aspects of pay and industrial relations. He is part of the team that has developed the Cardiff research project on the Living Wage and created the methodology for calculating the financial impact of the scheme.
