Angela Nartey is a policy officer at the University and College Union (UCU), specialising in widening participation and fair access. Angela is currently leading work to develop member-led proposals for supporting greater fairness, accessibility and transparency in undergraduate application and admission processes. Prior to joining UCU, Angela worked in policy roles at the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS), and in the voluntary and health sectors.
