Peter Eckel, Ph.D., is Senior Fellow and Director of Leadership Programs at Penn AHEAD in the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. He’s worked enough with leaders of UK universities over the years to know that enrolment is spelled with one “l” and is the co-author of a new book on university governing boards: Practical Wisdom: Thinking Differently about College and University Governance.
