Jo Nuckley is the Head of Outreach & Insight at the OIA. She leads on the development of the Good Practice Framework and engagement with providers, students and student representative bodies. She has a particular interest in processes for addressing harassment, supporting disabled students, and exploring how students’ different life experiences shape their engagement with formal complaints processes. Jo also has responsibility for data protection at the OIA.
