Dmytro Chumachenko is an Associate Professor at the National Aerospace University Kharkiv Aviation Institute. He is a member of the executive board of the NGO Progresylni, the largest community of higher education teachers. He leads the Education and Science subcommittee of the Expert Committee on the Development of Artificial Intelligence under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Dmytro is also is a member of the Sectoral Expert Council 12 Information Technologies of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.
