Chris Millward

Chris Millward is Professor of Practice in Education Policy at the University of Birmingham. He was Associate Director and Director of Policy at the Higher Education Funding Council for England from 2008-17 and then Director of Fair Access and Participation at the Office for Students from 2018-21.
