Financial governance is in the national policy spotlight with repeated warnings from OfS about prudence in forecasting, and a wide range of external risks to financial sustainability. Inside institutions, major strategic decisions are being made to manage in-year expenditure as well as review of longer term plans and financial commitments.

Join Team Wonkhe and our expert panel to explore what effective governance of institutional finances looks like when institutions are facing financial pressure.
