Vicki Baars is an experienced Equity, Diversity and Inclusion practitioner with 15 years working in the Higher Education sector. They are well-versed in implementing Gender Based Violence prevention and response strategies. Their experience working for the National Union of Students, UCL, Goldsmiths University and Queen Mary University London brings together a variety of policy writing and project management knowledge. Vicki has led many culture change programmes within these organisations driven by her social justice values.

Vicki is currently the Head of Culture Transformation at Culture Shift, which provides a safe and simple tool for people to report culture-damaging behaviour.
