Uliana Avtonomova

Uliana Avtonomova is the Adviser at the Fund of the President of Ukraine for Education, Science, and Sports, shaping national initiatives that invest in Ukraine’s next generation of scholars and scientists. She is also the Founder of Apex Talent, a foundation dedicated to identifying and developing high-ability students from disadvantaged backgrounds across Ukraine. With a background spanning programme management, venture investing, and education policy, Uliana brings a systems-level approach to building pipelines of opportunity — connecting talented students with mentors, institutions, and international networks. She is a Fellow of the Global Talent Fund and works closely with partners across Ukraine, the UK, and beyond to strengthen the country’s human capital during wartime and recovery.
