Tim Aldrich is Associate Director at KPMG. He is a regulatory specialist who has advised regulators and regulated entities for over a decade in higher education, water, law, telecoms and most extensively healthcare – both professional and systemic. He’s worked in the UK and abroad and will one day write a book called ‘What has regulation ever done for us?”
