Sam Sanders is Partner, Consulting Lead for Education, Skills & Productivity for KPMG in the UK. Sam leads KPMG’s Education Consulting practice in the UK. He has over 18 years’ experience of working with high profile public sectors clients, both in the UK and Australia, delivering large scale organisational redesign, process and customer journey improvement, core systems selection and change management projects.
The work that Sam and his team are currently delivering, in partnership with a broad range of UK universities, is helping these important institutions survive and thrive in an ever-changing and increasingly competitive environment. Not surprisingly, given the current opportunities and challenges facing the sector, much of the team’s current work is focused on helping HEIs achieve long-term operational and financially sustainability whilst simultaneously improving the way in which they interact with their students, academics, staff and communities.
