Sally Turnbull is a member of the HESPA Executive Committee, Chair of HESPA’s Higher Education Data Insight Group and Interim Strategic Planning Director at the University of Hull. Sally has a strong interest in the ways in which data on higher education are used to inform the public narrative about the sector, having spent 14 years leading the planning function at the University of Central Lancashire covering a broad range of planning activities, including policy and data analysis, business intelligence, data returns, performance metrics, assurance and market research.
