Richard Whincup

Richard Whincup is a lecturer in sport at Hartpury University, teaching on the Sports Business Management programme. With teaching and research interests in marketing and specifically market segmentation, Rich enjoys teaching to a wide range of students at Hartpury. Away from lecturing, Rich is a rugby coach, working with kickers from grass roots to elite levels in the womens’ game. He is a Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme ambassador and a motivational speaker. He has been working on controlling his own stammer for 24 years, and helps others to do the same as part of the McGuire Programme.
