Rachel Piper is Student Minds’ Policy Manager. She joined the team in August 2015. Her work focuses on tackling inequalities in student mental health, through research, policy and partnerships with other organisations. Rachel has led on the delivery of Student Minds’ Student Living Project with the UPP Foundation the accompanying public report.
