The Rev Canon Professor Peter Neil has been vice chancellor of Bishop Grosseteste University since 2013.  He has wide experience of higher education having worked in all four jurisdictions of the UK. Nationally he chairs the Cathedrals Group of universities and the Teacher Education Advisory Group of UUK/GuildHE.  Internationally he is a trustee of the Colleges and Universities of the Anglican Communion and is convenor of the UK/Europe Chapter of CUAC.  He is an Anglican priest, having been ordained in the Church in Wales and is a canon of Lincoln Cathedral.
