Peter W Halligan is Chief Executive of the Learned Society of Wales, Wales’s first national scholarly academy. Previously Professor of Neuropsychology and Dean of Interdisciplinary Studies at Cardiff University, he was also Medical Research Council Senior Research Fellow at Oxford University.
