Nona McDuff is Director of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at Kingston University.

She was previously Deputy Head of the Faculty of Business at South Thames College. Nona is a member of the Minister of Universities and Science Advisory Group on Social Mobility and the Leadership Foundation’s Diversity Advisory Group. She is currently leading a Higher Education Academy Project on the BME attainment gap.
