Nicola Thomas is head of research at Institute of Student Employers. Nicola is an award-winning researcher, writer and keynote speaker who aims to create impactful and insightful research. She focuses her research on creating a fair, equitable and just labour market and working culture. Nicola is also a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Liverpool Management School and previously worked as an in-house graduate recruiter.
