Minto Felix is a DPhil student at the University of Oxford and a former associate editor of Wonkhe. Minto joined Wonkhe from Monash University, Australia where he spent time working across a range of policy projects in support of the president and vice chancellor and chief operating officer of the university. Minto coordinated the Monash Commission’s independent inquiry into the future of post-compulsory education in Australia and the university’s response to the sector wide Respect, Now, Always initiative to prevent and address sexual assault and harassment.
