Levi Pay is director of Plinth House, a training and consultancy company for the higher education sector, with a focus on student support, mental health and incident management. A former director of student services, having worked at King’s College London, Northumbria University and the University of Leeds, Levi writes about the staff and student experience in the world of professional services and student support. Levi was previously Policy Director for the Equality Challenge Unit and has worked for the Scottish Parliament, Commission for Racial Equality and Stonewall.
