Kate Tapper is a leadership coach working with clients across Europe and the United States. Kate’s background is in leadership development in higher education where she has directed numerous regional and national programmes and worked with many universities and other organisations, including Vitae, Advance HE and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education. Her newest work centres on how we can all develop compassionate resilience and prevent overwhelm, burnout and division in challenging times. Kate is also a mother with a strong and kind five year old son.
