Joël McConnell

Joël is Senior Director of Portfolio Management and Growth (UK). He has upwards of 20 years’ experience in global higher education, and after having spent long stints on the institutional side of online education at both Imperial College London and IE University, he is now Senior Director of Portfolio Management and Growth at Boundless Learning.  He is also currently pursuing his PhD at UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society where he is evaluating the evolving nature of OPM-university partnerships, and particularly through the lens of digital enablement and governance.
