Gennadii Miroshnikov is a Technology Manager at London Business School, working on digital innovation, enhancement and quality assurance projects. He is a Certified Member of the Association for Learning Technology (ALT), CMALT assessor and reviewer for the Research in Learning Technology journal as well as a committee member of the Systems Thinking SIG at the Association of Project Management (APM). Gennadii has been working in higher education for over 15 years, teaching, researching and leading various innovative and business process re-engineering projects as well as leading L&D projects for several charities.
