Fran McKay is an Educational Research Specialist at Nottingham Trent University and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE. Fran is a HE researcher and policy analyst with a particular interest in overcoming challenges to the policy to practice process and using robust insights for sustainable strategic change. She has worked at several Midlands institutions in both research and teaching enhancement roles as an officer, senior analyst and manager.
