A qualified occupational therapist who went into policy analysis, Dorothea Baltruks has been leading the Council of Deans of Health’s research and global policy portfolios as well as student and staff data analysis since June 2017. Previously, Dorothea led on ageing and care policy for a European network of public social services. She has also worked for a healthcare consultancy firm that was focussed on good governance in the NHS.
