David Ridley

David Ridley is an independent researcher who spent five years working in higher education before leaving to become a journalist. David now blogs at HE Marketisation about the political economy of market reform in UK tertiary education, as well as alternative models of public ownership. Most recently, he has written the pamphlet “Markets, Monopolies and Municipal Ownership” and also has a book coming out with Peter Lang on the critical social theory of US philosopher John Dewey.
