David Pilsbury is Secretary of the International Higher Education Commission, and Chief Development Officer at Oxford International Education Group. He sits on the advisory boards of Jisc, China-Britain Business Council, Times Higher Education, StudyPortals, EURIE, UK ENIC, Emirates Aviation University, and Macao Millenium College. He was the founding CEO of the Worldwide Universities Network, HEFCE Head of Research Policy and spent several years in the City after a D.Phil at Oxford.
