Dami Folayan
Dami Folayan is a lecturer in equality, diversity and inclusion at Arden University.
She is also a poet-researcher whose work sits at the intersection of social transformation and the sociology of education. Her research covers race, gender and institutional inequalities. Dami holds a PhD in Education from the University of Cambridge, and has worked across leading UK institutions, including the University of Sheffield, the University of Leeds and the University of Cambridge on projects including Generation Delta, Decolonising the Social Sciences and the Black Professors Project.
