Cathy is Head of Portfolio Marketing & Market Insight at Heriot Watt University, where she focuses on developing the university’s degree portfolio and marketing activities to be more insight driven across the HWU campuses in Scotland, Dubai and Malaysia. Prior to this Cathy held varies roles at the Scottish Funding Council, moving on in 2019. Cathy is currently a Learning Science Exchange Fellow with New America and the Jacob’s Foundation which is a prestigious fellowship launched to spark new ideas and breakthrough approaches for communicating the insights of early learning. Cathy holds an LLB Law, an MSc Criminology & Criminal Justice and an MSc Social Research, all from the University of Edinburgh.
