Prior to joining GuildHE in June 2024, Brooke spent two years as Director of Strategic Engagement at Birmingham City University (2022-2024), four years as Head of Skills at the Office for Students (2018-2022), and six years working in a variety of roles across a wide range of policy areas at HEFCE.
