Brian Collins is Professor of Engineering Policy at UCL. He has served as specialist adviser to the House of Lords Science and Technology Committee’s inquiry into scientific infrastructure, and prior to joining UCL, Brian was the Chief Scientific Advisor to the Department for Transport and Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
