Ben Williamson is a Chancellor’s Fellow in research at the Edinburgh Futures Institute and the Centre for Research in Digital Education at the University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on the connections between policy, technology and science in education. He published the book Big Data in Education: The Digital Future of Learning, Policy and Practice in 2017, and writes publicly about his research on his personal blog.
