Barry McHale joined the OIA in 2010 as an Assistant Adjudicator. He took up his current role as Student Liaison Officer in June 2017. Barry previously worked as an Investigator at the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman and as a Case Manager at the Healthcare Commission.
