	There's a perception that workload models don't include sufficient time for creativity and innovation. E.g. one hour prep per hour teaching might not be sufficient for designing new things nor for evaluating & refreshing existing things.
	There may be time for 'scholarship', but it also depends on how this is defined and interpreted as to whether people use it for evidence-informed teaching, creativity & innovation.
