Joint repayment strategy setting out how the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the Student Loans Company, HM Revenue and Customs and the devolved administrations of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland will work together to:
- improve our capability to pursue outstanding student loan debt
- better forecast future repayment and loan rates to set better targets
- reduce operational costs
- improve customer service for borrowers
