I am not receiving emails

If you are subscribed to any of our lists but not receiving the emails please try all the actions below. If you are still having problems please complete the form at the bottom of the page and we will get back to you in person.

Things you can do:

  • Please add briefing@wonkhe.com to your contact list or address book. This way your email application knows the briefings are a trusted source. Alternatively please download and import the Wonkhe contact card.
  • Check your junk/spam folder for the briefing. If they are here please unmark them (or similar) as junk / spam, and move to your main inbox. If it is not there, it could be an issue with your email or network.
  • Contact your IT department and ask them to add us to ‘the whitelist’. This is the most common fix and will work for you and all your colleagues. Full details below.
  • Send us an alternative email using the form below.

I want to subscribe to The Wonkhe Daily

The Wonkhe Daily is a paid-for organisational subscription. If you know that your organisation has a subscription and would like to be added to the service, please email briefing@wonkhe.com. We will then verify your details and add you as a user.

If you don’t think your organisation gets the Daily briefings but would like to, please contact briefing@wonkhe.com to discuss a 30 day free trial.

Can I view archived content?

The Daily briefings are not available in an archive.

Can I take out an individual Daily subscription for myself?

Unfortunately, we only offer the Wonkhe Daily at an organisational level and are not set up to provide individual subscriptions.
