Founded in 1906, The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama is a globally renowned institution of the theatrical and performing arts. Central is now seeking to appoint an exceptional individual as Vice-Principal (Curriculum and Students), a newly created post to replace and build on the former role of Dean following an organisational restructure. Applications are sought from individuals with an outstanding track record of strategic leadership and achievement in teaching, learning and student experience from a relevant discipline within higher education. They must also have experience in curriculum innovation and a proven ability to pre-empt future industry needs and respond accordingly. Candidates should be an inspirational leader with excellent sectorial and industry knowledge and engagement. They must also have a strong commitment to equity and inclusion.
