Our Student Voice and Equality Manager will ensure uea(su) operates as an effective and thriving democratic organisation, with a strong student voice at its heart, actively removing barriers to participation, and helping students feel safer and more powerful because they are part of our union. Leading a team of dedicated staff, the Manager will be responsible for delivering to departmental strategy, the oversight of free and fair elections, our democratic decision-making framework, and ensuring students from a diverse range of backgrounds are able to engage with and shape our work.
