The School of Life Sciences has an exciting opportunity for a Student Experience and Development Officer. The person appointed will play a leading role in the organisation of student-centered activities in the School. The role holder will also be involved in the organisation of the School’s outreach and widening participation activities.

Candidates must hold a Higher Education qualification at degree level or above or equivalent, be highly organised, innovative and able to deliver work to tight deadlines. Previous teaching experience of small groups at Higher education level is essential and a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE in Secondary Education or PGCHE is desirable.

This position will be offered on a permanent, full-time contract (36.25 hours per week). Job share arrangements may be considered.
