AMOSSHE is an ambitious membership association representing Student Services leaders in higher education. It is an exciting time to be part of the AMOSSHE community as we embark on the next phase of our strategic development. This is a crucial time for Student Services within universities and we are determined to support our members to have the knowledge and research available to help them develop their services and themselves as leaders.
We are looking to recruit a new Senior Policy and Research Officer to work alongside our Executive Committee and small dedicated staff team to help us improve and develop existing and new resources for our members, and work alongside them to deliver support where needed.
This is new role for AMOSSHE. You will use your expertise to develop key areas of work on data and research for AMOSSHE, helping us to produce research and reports on sector challenges through initiatives such as our benchmarking surveys. You will also work with our members to interpret reports and frameworks, enabling them to interpret the data from a Student Services. You will also use your reporting and presenting skills to produce relevant data and research to help us continue to influence the higher education sector to improve the student experience.
This role is initially for 2 years with the potential to extend this, depending on the next phase of the AMOSSHE strategy and how you shape the role. The role is available for an immediate start.
