The Warden’s office is a fast-paced responsive environment, providing high quality administrative support to the Warden. The office deals with a high volume of correspondence and enquiries, bringing the team into contact with a stimulating range of people and issues including high profile national and international people, press and social media, government and regulatory bodies.

The Senior Executive Officer to the Warden is a key role, enabling the Warden and Deputy Warden to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill their commitments to Goldsmiths students, staff, partners, the Board of Governors and wider stakeholders. This highly facilitative role requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role.

You will have significant experience from a complex organisation and of working at a strategic and operational levels. With a strong track record of successfully delivering projects in a timely manner you will have experience of working with senior management and the ability to think strategically to provide innovative solution to complex matters arising. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical skills.
