The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) is seeking to appoint a Registrar to lead the full range of business functions, including Data & Planning, Regulatory Returns, Programme Support, Academic Administration, Quality Assurance, Student Support & Wellbeing and Admissions. This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for an ambitious higher education professional to shape a brand new multi-disciplinary portfolio during a time of exciting growth for the ICMP. The role will particularly appeal to those looking to apply their experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with direct reporting and access to the Chief Executive.

ICMP, a respected independent provider of Higher Education based in north-west London, has been developing and delivering music education and training to students of contemporary music for over 30 years. Offering a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, covering disciplines such as music practice and performance, songwriting, music production and music business, ICMP has enrolled around 1,000 students in the current year into a completely refurbished, state of the art learning environment.

This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to further develop their potential, not only in the core role of Registrar, but also in the wider field of institutional strategy, planning and management. Reporting to the Chief Executive and forming a part of the senior management team, s/he will be directly engaged with, and have influence over, the full range of the student lifecycle. ICMP has identified a number of key opportunities for further growth and development, and the successful candidate will therefore have a significant role to play in the achievement of these goals. You will be an experienced higher education leader with a well-established track record of overseeing regulatory requirements, shaping the student experience and leading key institutional initiatives.
