This role offers a great platform to drive and deliver improvement to the college’s Higher Education offer ensuring that the organisation of provision wholly aligns to the demands of the relevant regulatory bodies and that the supporting systems and processes are effective.
The successful candidate will advise Senior Leaders on all aspects of Higher Education and be steeped in its delivery, either on a larger scale within a University setting or within FE. The ability to guide, influence and motivate others is essential, as is significant expertise and experience in the infrastructure a successful HE offer requires.
