This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

Summary of the role

This post provides diary management support to the Academic Dean for Students, the Associate Academic Dean for Students and the Associate Academic Dean for Students (Racial Equality and Inclusion), maintaining a professional approach at all times including when liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The post-holder provides administrative support for a range of quality and standards activity, including: support for the Education Board and Sub-Committee, working groups, coordinating responses to email queries related to the Teaching Quality Assurance (TQA) Manual, and making edits and updates to the website.
