Are you an effective communicator and influencer with experience of qualification reform, international qualifications and external policy within the Higher Education sector?

Would you like to lead on imbedding new qualifications, changes to external policy and implementing new practices into our admissions processes?

The admissions and qualifications landscape is changing with many new developments and the University is keen to ensure that it can respond effectively to these changes. The types of qualifications that students are taking are becoming more complex, and students’ pre-University experience more varied. You will work across the two areas of Admissions and Educational Engagement and all cohorts (UG, PGT and PGR), therefore the ability to work flexibly is essential.  You will support access to the University through improving admissions practices and help the University to understand curriculum and qualifications changes, develop and maintain admissions policies, and facilitate an effective response to changes in these areas.   You will support the integration of new qualifications as suitable for entry to University study and will have expertise and develop understanding of the full range of qualifications accepted.
