We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our growing team at the Careers Research and Advisory Centre (CRAC), which manages the Vitae programme, a not-for-profit programme which leads on and advocates for the professional development of researchers in the UK and internationally.

The role will involve providing evidence and expertise to support Vitae’s position as a leading authority on the career and professional development of researchers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and undertaking research and evaluation in the field of careers and related policy areas at a national and international level.

Expertise in stakeholder management, contributing to policy development, facilitation and community engagement would be advantageous. Experience of qualitative and quantitative research are essential, preferably from an applied social science perspective.

The successful candidate will likely have worked in or adjacent to the higher education and research sectors, or may have a background in the third sector, and will have an understanding of the research landscape and enthusiasm for our areas of interest.
