Are you an experienced manager with relationship management, opportunity development and income generation skills in the banking, finance, tax or business risk sector?

You will work with University teams to make sure that our world leading finance, economics, accountancy, tax and business risk research and education engages effectively with partners.

We need an expert to lead the University of Exeter’s work to identify and grow partnerships with retail, commercial and investment banks; tax, accounting, economic and management consultancies; wealth, investment and pension fund management organisations, the insurance industry and governments, funders, and not for profits; to help answer today’s global challenges.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead on identifying and nurturing regional, national and international partnerships
  • Deliver on income targets for research and education
  • Develop internationally significant impact and new business opportunities in collaboration with academic experts.

Ranked among the top 200 universities in the world, Exeter has become one of the UK’s fastest growing and fastest rising research universities.

We are investing in our Directorate of Innovation, Impact and Business to drive forward our already strong relationships with organisations and businesses; grow our potential for significant impact; and galvanise regional innovation.

You will operate within a broader team servicing different thematic areas and will support a significant and already successful portfolio of research and education initiatives.
