The Head of Engagement will manage the successful delivery of a wide range of alumni and friends engagement programmes in the UK and internationally, which cultivate mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships in order to grow significant volunteer and ambassadorial support. You will work closely with the Deputy Director of Development and Alumni Relations and colleagues in the Engagement Team, in shaping and supporting the overall Development & Alumni Relations Office (DARO) strategy.
Success in this role will require a track record of managing a high performing alumni or supporter engagement team, and proven experience of working in a large, complex and diverse organisation with senior internal and external stakeholders. A motivational and inclusive manager, you have a professional service approach, focussing on discovering and acting on the client’s needs and will lead your team in delivering a consistently high quality service.
