The Director of Registry will play a critical role in delivering a first-class student experience. As a member of the University’s Senior Management Group, the Director will lead the work of the University’s Registry, including the management of its finance, its staff and its strategic and operational plan. You will lead the design and implementation of the University’s Quality Management and Enhancement systems ensuring systems and processes are consistently excellent and maintain the highest possible level. The Director will lead a large multi-disciplinary team at the core of the student experience and as a member of the University’s Senior Management Team, will participate in the development of University strategy and policy.

We are seeking to appointment a senior leader from the Higher Education sector with extensive experience of developing, leading and managing Quality Assurance systems at institutional level in addition to managing complex change. She/he will be an inspirational leader with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and getting the best out of those around them. This is a role that will require change management skills and the ability to influence, all of which must be demonstrated in the successful candidate’s career to date.
